Job Description:
1. Manage all incoming and outgoing calls
2. Be the face of Morgan Stanley
3. Deal with internal & external customers efficiently and professionally
4. Greet visitors, receive, inform and guide visitors including coordinating
with employees.
5. Escort visitors to their meeting rooms
6. Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy for events of the day
7. Ensure flowers for reception and meeting room are in good condition.
8. Handle meeting room booking system queries & requests
9. Coordination with Catering request in serving of Food & Beverage in the meeting room

Requirement:
1. Influence in reading and conversing in English
2. Able to work independently without supervision
3. Service-oriented
4. Good administrative skill
5. High level of initiative
6. Attentiveness to details
7. Positive mindset and attitude
8. Efficiency in computer skill

Work Time:
Monday to Friday, 8 hrs/day.

Benifit:
8000/month, Local insurance, public holidays.
