Tasks / Area of Responsibility职责及任务范围
负责制定产品试验规范和测试方法，并指导试验员正确掌握试验方法.
Responsible for product testing specification and test method, and training and ensuring test specialist to
perform test correctly.
负责制定试验任务计划并跟踪进度，按时完成
Responsible for testing plan and tracking list to ensure to complete the task in time.
负责检测样品的接受，查验和登记以及试验后样品的管理 (保存，报废，归还等)
Responsible for accepting, checking and registering of testing samples and storage or scrapping or returning
the samples after testing etc.
严格按照试验规范执行试验，保证试验数据的真实性和准确性
Strictly following test specification to perform tests to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of test datas.
按照要求完成试验数据的分析工作包括对试验员提供的试验数据结果的审核工作，及时做好试验数据的记录并
上传系统，对趋势性的数据偏移负有报告责任
Completing the analysis of test data as required incluing reviewing the test datas or result from test
specialist, record and upload the test data to the system in time, and report the trend data deviation
按照客户要求和管理规定出具试验报告
Issuing test report according to customer requirements and management regulations
积极参加实验室安排的培训，不断提高质量意识和试验能力，主动接受监督员的监督和指导
Actively participating in the training arranged by the laboratory, continuously improving the quality awareness
and test ability, and actively accepting the supervision and guidance of the supervisor
负责实验室的5s工作以及试验设备的维护保养工作
Responsible for 5s work and maintenance of test equipment in the laboratory
Job Requirement岗位要求
大学或以上学历
至少3年相关检测工作经验
熟练操作试验设备

熟悉实验室检测业务操作流程
