To enhance RAZOR GROUP's Supply Chain & Environmental, Social, and Governance Program. Working with and managing RAZOR GROUP's supplier portfolio to enhance the social & environmental compliance performance of their production facilities in China.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Distribution and fulfillment of Razor Group's Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Conduct preliminary Social Compliance factory assessments
- Work with suppliers to achieve a passed social compliance audit result from an accepted Industry Association (amfori BSCI, Better Work, Sedex, etc.) for all their factories
- Review and communicate audit results and any related issues with factory management
- Work with factories to implement corrective action plans and perform root cause analysis on problems found, sharing best practices
- Conduct follow-up auditing and monitoring
- Development and implementation of compliance training
- Pursue continuing education to maintain knowledge of current compliance rules and practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College or university graduates
- High ethical standard on integrity
- Strong communicator, good in written and spoken English
- Team player
- Travel domestic required based on business needs
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of social, health and safety standards, environmental regulations preferred
- 3 years of audit experience or similar background is preferred.
