Responsible for market development to increaseand retain customers.

Establish and maintain good customerrelationships to increase sales revenue.
建立并维护良好的客户关系以增加销售额。
Complete the entire sales process, includingsales tracking, scene investigation, price negotiations, contract preparationand signing.
完成全程的销售流程，包括销售跟踪，现场勘查，价格谈判，合约准备与签订。
Serve customers, understand their needs andtry to satisfy their requirements.
服务客户，了解需求并尽量满足客户的要求。
Create and participate in various salesevents to enhance customer relationships.
设计并参与各项销售活动来增强客户的关系。
Prepare and analyze sales reports.
准备，分析销售报表。
Requirements资质需求
Bachelor degree or above, fluent inlistening, speaking, reading and writing English abilities.
大学本科以上学历，流利的英文听、说、读、写能力。
More than 2 years hotel / service apartmentsales experience.
2年以上酒店/服务公寓销售工作经验。
Good interpersonal communication skills toeffectively carry out internal / external communications.
良好的人际沟通能力，能有效地进行内/外部沟通。
Strong team spirit, organization and planningcapabilities.
较强的团队协作精神、组织及策划能力。
Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, ERP (ORACLE)System.
熟悉EXCEL, WORD, ERP(ORACLE)系统。
Full of enthusiasm, can work under pressure.
