财务管培生 – Finance Trainee

Role & Responsibilities:

You may be involved in following areas in your 3 years training program depending on business needs and your personal interests.

1.FP&A: budget preparation, forecast monitoring, monthly consolidation and reporting, diagnostic analysis, support on various business analysis and etc..

2.Operation Finance: inventory management, cost analysis, pricing & quotation, manufactory productivity control, quality issue follow up and etc.

3.Accounting & Internal Control: SOX compliance, monthly and quarterly closing, process standardization/ simplification/automation, specific finance modules (Contract accounting, GL, AR, AP) and etc.

4.Asset Management: Capex review, credit control, treasury, customer/supplier financing and etc.

Requirements:

1.Full-time graduates with bachelor's degree or above

2.Accounting and finance related majors are preferred

3.Having big data analysis skill is a plus

4.Good English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing

5.Be proactive and accountable, adapt to change, an innovator

6.A good team player with flexibility, passionate to learn

7.Willing to rotate across finance functions and locations
