Job Requirements:
? University graduate;
? At least 5 years working experience on factory social & quality audits;
? Formal training in social compliance and rich knowledge and experience on common audit frameworks including ISO9001 / SA8000 / ISO14001 / WRAP / BSCI / SEDEX etc;
? Good understanding on China law and regulations relating to labour contracts, wages assignment; attendance recoding, environmental policy; health & safety requirements, chemical use and waste water treatment.
? Excellent oral and written English communication skills conductive with communicating in a global corporate environment;
? Strong observation, analytical, communication and negotiation skills; Honest, hardworking and full ambition;
? Self-motivator and able to execute plans and willing travel to factory intensively throughout China.
? Like to learn and keen to promoted with excellent contribution to the position;

Preferred:
? Recent employment in an auditing company like ITS/SGS/BV/TUV is an advantage.
?

Job Responsibility:
? Work closely and reporting to head office compliance team on internal auditing of factories.
? Working with sales & sourcing teams with input in the initial stages when selecting a factory/supplier;
? Collect & verify supplied documents. summarize a report of all defect points of the suppliers on the auditing review and send to sales & sourcing team for reference;
? Frequently travel to factory conduct on- internal audit and training. Present and assist factories to meet our Social and Ethical expectations and those of our customers
? Negotiate with supplier and factory key people to improve the defects and ensure the facilities and documents comply with customer standard before 3rd party auditing is engaged;
? Plan customer and/or 3rd party auditing of factories and act as company representative to assist auditors.
