职位描述
Job Responsibility:
Support new component and subset develop, to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standards
Work with the supplier to define process parameters and criteria. This is to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet component specification and process requirements
Manage the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. manage NC PPM from SBU, supplier quality performance PPM
Lead quality audits for suppliers
Support Purchasing for the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing / technology capabilities
Support regular quality performance meetings with supplier. To establish an action plan for improving build quality
Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues
Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues
Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities
Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement
Promote the use of quality tools, i.e. Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Requirements:
5-year experience of production engineering or quality engineering in Small Domestic Appliances component industry.
Understand the components manufacturing process.
Good experience in motor failure analysis.
Good experience quality management of Small Domestic Appliances products.
Willing to travel.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
