职位描述:
· Responsible for customers/prospects research and cold-calling within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Sales manager;
根据销售经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户或潜在客户,进行电话营销、处理客户的疑问和要求,为客户提供解决方案;
· Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody;负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
· Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Sales manager;实现销售经理规定的季度及年销售目标;
· Organizing or support relative market activities;组织或支持相关市场活动;
· Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable;确保应收款项的收取。
· Undertake Customer Service tasks and responsibilities;履行客户服务的任务和职责;
· Undertake any other duties assigned by Sales manager.履行销售经理分配的其他任务。
· issuing quotations and preparing documentation;发送报价单及整理相关文件;
· Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系;
· Monitoring the projects according to pre-defined procedures.根据预定的流程,监测项目的情况。
职位要求:
· Customer service/sales experience in product certification and/or system certification is preferred (candidate without experience in product certification and/or system certification but with ample customer service/ sales/marketing and account management experience will also be considered);
具有产品认证或系统认证方面的客服/销售经验优先考虑,若没有相关行业经验,但具有丰富的客服/销售/营销和客户管理经验者,亦可作考虑;具备体系方面工作经验/咨询公司经验的优先考虑。
· Existing network of relationships within related industry is a definite advantage;
在相关领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑;
· At least two years working experience, preferably with exposure to related industry or equivalent.
具有至少2年工作经验,优先考虑具有相关经验者。
· College level or above.大专或以上学历。
· Commercial thinking and attitude (customer oriented);以客户为导向的思维模式;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with potential to develop sales skills;
具有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,具有发展销售技巧的潜能;
· Hard-working.勤奋;
· Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.
