Roles & Responsabilities

? Together with local and Swedish colleagues develop products and Suppliers that fulfil our Customers expectations
? Test, evaluate, benchmark and continuously improve new products & suppliers
? Freeze the detailed product specifications and communicate them to suppliers before the mass production
? Perform risk analysis on product design and manufacturing process
? Perform during production inspection at the suppliers on the 1st PO of new products
? Secure that safe, durable and fully functional products are delivered from our suppliers
? Follow up & reduce our customer returns via root cause analysis & initiation of sustainable corrective actions with suppliers
? Steer and support our Suppliers Quality development
? Combine technical knowledge and Customer view with cost efficient solutions
? Support our commercial teams in auditing new suppliers from a Quality Management System perspective

Experience & skills

- Engineering background
- 3 years + related experience
- Familiar with consumer goods such as Xmas decoration, Gifts & Parties, Health & Beauty
- Strong experience in new product development, product qualification & testing and CE regulation conformity
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes & controls
- Ability to perform hands on troubleshooting and problem solving
- Good analytical, project management and communications skills
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, oral)
- Willing to travel
