The Plant MRO Buyer is responsible for creating value and mitigating risk within the strategies of the business through effective sourcing and efficient purchasing of indirect goods, services, and some capex projects (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) in support of the Owens Corning plant.

Requirement:
1. Technical background with specialty in purchasing management, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management; Bachelor’s Degree in engineering is preferred.
2. At least 5 years purchasing/sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment; (or relevant experience)
3. Effective communication skills (written/oral in English & Chinese)
