1. 领导，管理和发展SQE团队，包含但不限于包括但不限于辅导、指导和交叉培训
2.建立SQE团队的关键绩效指标和个人期望，包括业绩、效率、工作成果和质量
3.作为SIPA总部质量部和SQE团队之间的主要联络人，并参加定期的SIPA全球的质量评审会议
4.发布和分析每月的供应商质量表现报告，包括检验完成率
5.建立和优化SQE团队的质量工作流程
6.建立和完善供应商质量手册，在SIPA规范理解、图纸阅读、流程实施方面为供应商提供必要的技术支持和培训
7.与采购经理协作，制定质量改进战略
8.建立并监督SQE/检查员的质量工作流程，包括质量检验和控制计划等，支持并监督SQE团队每周根据采购交付计划进行检验跟进，在交付前核实SQE/检查员的检查报告，是否符合图纸要求
9.推动主要供应商的质量发展和持续改进措施
10.8D报告，识别供应商的不良质量，进行原因分析和纠正措施，以防止供应商重复出现NC
11.主导供应商的质量体系和生产过程进行过程审核
12. 与贸易和其他跨职能团队紧密合作，支持新产品的上线（样品），并总结样品的进度
13. 协助供应商准备和更新未决问题清单（行动跟踪计划）和项目计划
1. Lead, manage, and develop SQE team, including but not limited to coaching, mentoring and cross-training.
2. Establish SQE team KPI and individual expectation with respect to performance, efficiency work output and quality.
3. Act as the key liaison between SIPA QC headquarter and local SQE team, and attend the regular review meeting with SIPA global.
4. Publish and analyse monthly supplier quality performance report including checking rate etc.,
5. Establish and optimize Quality working flow for SQE team.
6. Establish and improve Quality manual for suppliers, and provide necessary technical support and training for supplier in SIPA specification understanding, drawing reading, process implementation.
7. Liaise with Purchasing Manager to develop quality improvement strategies.
8. Establish and monitor the Quality working process for SQE/Inspector, including quality inspection and control plan etc.,Support and monitor SQE team to follow up it weekly according to the purchasing delivery plan,verify the inspection report from SQE/Inspector, conformity to drawing request before delivery.
9. Drive the key supplier quality development and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. 8D required, identify supplier poor quality and carry out cause analysis & corrective actions in order to prevent repeated NCs from suppliers.
11. Lead the process audit for supplier quality system and manufacturing process.
12. Work closely with Trading & other cross function team to support new product launch(prototype), and summarize the progress of part qualification.
13. Assist supplier to prepare and update Open Issue List (Action Tracker) and Project Time Lines.
