Job Descriptions
-Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide solutions to solve quality issues
-Check samples against product specifications to ensure customers' quality standards
-Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers on quality related issues
-Monitor and extend advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
-Undertake specified quality control processes on product stock receiving and take informed decisions to meet established quality standards of product
-Follow and handle prescribed method of inspection and sampling
-Responsible for relevant reporting to communicate and control inspection process
-Highly maintain product quality and safety standards and fully support corporate and warehouse policies and objectives
-Work with factories and buyers to achieve the required quality standards
-Monitor production progress as well as ensure product quality
-Liaise with buyers’ auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with buyers’ specifications
-Provide technical advice and support to merchandising team to ensure all buyers’ requirement are met
-Manage, control and keep within budget, monthly QC operation expenses
-Perform other duties as assigned by management?

Job Requirements
-Experience in Home Decoration / E&E / Toy / Furniture / Hand tool preferred
-Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in QC/QA of manufacturing industry
-Possess basic knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/AQL 2.5/4
-Hard working, able to work under pressure, responsive
-A good team player, ability to build good relationships with the team
-Able to manage multiple tasks, able to meet deadlines, good time management
-Good command of read&written English
-Literate in Microsoft office programs
