Job Description

职位描述

·        Mechanical design / engineering of various water treatment equipment, including:

水处理行业机械设备有关的设计工作，包括：

• selection / sizing, M&E specification (material, structure, coating/painting, drive unit, loading condition, lubrication / cooling, vibration, noise etc.) etc. for both rotary & stationary equipment, based on parameters required of by process;

根据工艺要求的规格参数，进行设备(包括动、静设备)选型、机电规格的确定(材质、结构、涂装、驱动单元、负荷、润滑/冷却、振动、噪声…)等；

• detail design, calculation, 3D drafting, shop drawing and fabrication plan development along with vendor for some specialized equipment, as well as construction / erection drawing / instruction on site and relevant standard;

针对某些专有设备，进行详细设计(包括施工图及)、计算、3D绘图，与生产厂家及相关方共同研究制定制造方案、加工图等，以及设备现场施工图/安装图及做法和有关标准；

• collaboration, interfacing with other disciplines and external parties during bid proposal stage and in basic & detail engineering during project implementation.

在投标方案阶段以及项目执行的基础和详细设计过程中与公司其他专业及外部有关方的协作及对接配合。

·        Various works in mechanical aspect during project execution, including:

项目执行过程中的各类工作，包括；

• QA/QC measures, like inspection / check at vendor’s shop during fabrication period, and FAT, SAT in accordance with relevant criteria and requirement etc.;

各种质量控制/保证措施的执行，如设备生产制造过程中至厂家的检查/核验，根据有关标准和要求进行工厂验收测试(FAT)及项目现场的竣工验收测试(SAT)等；

• Support and assistance for procurement like vendor management / evaluation, technical appraisals of proposals for various vendors, discrete procurement of minor items etc.;

为采购工作提供支持，如厂家/供货商管理及评估，对各厂家/供货商的方案进行技术评估，小批量、非核心部件和物品的零星采购等；

• Compilation of relevant files like O&M manuals, Instruction book etc.

编写设备有关资料如操作维护手册，使用说明书等

·        Site service working during project execution, including:

项目中的现场服务工作，包括：

• Instruction / witness during erection / installation of equipment by the company, to assure the quality;

在我司提供设备的安装过程中，对施工方进行指导/见证，确保安装质量；

• Carry out Equipment test, commissioning, SAT etc. along with relevant parties;

与其他方共同进行设备测试(点动、带载等)，调试，SAT等；

• Explanation, training client’s personnel on O&M of equipment;

对所供设备向业主人员就其运行维护工作进行解释、培训；

• Other works supporting project manager.

支持项目经理完成其他工作。

·        Other post-sales service, e.g. trouble-shooting of equipment along with client, sub-vendor etc.

其它售后服务工作，如设备出现故障时与业主、供货商进行原因分析和故障排除

·        Involvement in pilot test work of relevant water treatment process

参与有关水处理工艺的中试测试工作

Experience

经验/经历

·        3+ years’ related experience, preferably with design institute or for water treatment engineering project;

具有3年以上相关工作经验，有在水处理工程领域或具设计经验者优先；

·        1+ years’ on-site project experience including installation, commissioning and so on;

具有1年以上项目现场工作经验，包括安装、调试等

Education

教育程度

·        Degree holder with major in mechanical engineering, water and wastewater engineering

相关专业 学士及以上学历，如机械工程、水处理或给排水专业;

Knowledge / Skill

知识/技能

·        Familiar with various domestic (national and industrial) standards, codes, norms and main-stream international standards (ISO, ANSI/ASME, DIN) in mechanical field;

熟悉机械领域的国内各种标准、规范、规定(包括国标及行业标准)及国际主流标准(ISO, ANSI/ASME, DIN)；

·        Knowledgeable with various mechanical works, such as metal works (cut, fold, die etc.), machine tooling, welding, pipeworks, equipment assembly, pressure pipe / vessel etc., preferably with experience;

熟知机械行业的有关工作，如金属加工(剪切、折弯、冲压等)、机加工、焊接、管道工程、设备组装、压力管道/设备等，有亲身经验更好；

·        Skillful in office software (MS Office), AutoCAD and 3D design tools (Solidworks, Revit);

熟练掌握常用办公软件(微软Office) 和 AutoCAD及三维设计工具 (Solidworks, Revit) 的使用；

·        Good team work spirit, communication skill and efficiency is mandatory;

必须具备良好的团队工作意识，沟通能力及工作效率；

·        Frequent travelling in China and occasionally abroad, normally < 2 months;

较经常性地国内(间或有境外)出差；时长一般< 2个月；

·        Good English preferred.

英语良好者优先。
