【岗位职责】

1、候选人相关信息系统录入及文档工作；

2、IT等行业头部公司市场调研与文档整理；

3、协助顾问寻访候选人；

4、与候选人进行初步沟通；

5、对候选人能力的初步分析判定；

6、候选人面试安排与总结；

7、协调薪酬谈判和录用通知书的签署；

8、候选人背景调查。

【任职要求】

本科在读或应届毕业生；

有乙方公司顾问岗经验人员优先；

对人力资源服务行业及人力资源工作招聘岗具有较大兴趣；

态度积极，自驱力强，具有成就动机~
