岗位职责

1，在项目部经理的领导下主管项目施工技术、质量、安全工作，协助项目部经理抓好施工生产进度；

2，负责项目机电专业图纸会审及工程变更的组织与确认落实，对存在的设计问题及时与设计人员沟通；

3，编制工程项目施工组织设计及相关专项方案，施工组织设计编制及专项方案编写；

4，根据现行施工验收规范及施工组织设计（方案）结合现场实际情况，对各分部分项工程施工班组进行技术交底；

5，负责日常施工测量、现场试验、图纸管理、技术资料管理。负责编制试验计划并跟踪落实，记录施工日志，对图纸技术资料加强责任管理；

6，负责现场技术问题的处理、协调，定期如实全面向项目经理汇报工作情况，能指导各专业分包单位的技术管理；

7，制定项目质量目标和质量控制措施，过程中跟踪落实。准确把握质量验收规范，提高总结并解决问题的管理水平；

职位要求

本科以上电气、暖通、给排水或相关工程专业背景；

5年左右工业建筑施工管理经验；

熟悉国内外的设计与施工准则、规范、规定等；

熟练掌握Office应用软件、具备操作Project、CAD、BIM等软件；

有责任心、工作认真负责，解决问题能力、思路清晰，考虑问题全面细致；

适应加班、出差，常驻大连现场。
