1、In charge of the entire overseas operation of the Alibaba Cloud Startups Accelerator program. Responsible for the successful activation and growth of global startups with Alibaba Cloud.
2、Able to arrange and utilize resources internally (Alibaba Group) and externally (international capitals and medias). Able to design and execute events such as DemoDay and innovation contest, therefore construct an operating model of Reach - Activate - Accelerate - Expand
3、Able to establish the collaboration model and mechanism between overseas innovation centre and the domestic ones based on the needs of Go-Global and Go-China
4、Continuously analyze the innovation environment and group characteristics of startups in various countries, and establish service model in line with national characteristics

1、5 years and above experience in ecosystem operation, international Incubator, overseas venture capital or post investment service.
2、Excellent event planning ability, Strong and independent capability of designing and implementing international online activities, roadshows and startups competitions.
3、Familiar with emerging technologies including cloud, technology and global innovation trends. Have high confidence and ability to communicate with founders. Able to understand and tap the needs of founders.
4、High English proficiency level. Adaptive to business frequent travels. Southeast Asia markets working experience is highly preferred.
