? Plan and estimate the technical tasks of the team, with different sponsors.
? Participate in the selection and hiring of Software Engineers.
? Be ready to urgently fix and deploy your own code or help others team, to find root cause of problems.
? Be ready to business trips
? Ensure and guarantee the operation of the platform 24x7 with an uptime above 99.9%25.
? Analysis business data and continuously follow up business effect via report
? Be collaborative and working with cross country team for project development

? Four (4) years of professional experience as Senior Software Engineer.
? Excellent Java programming skills and be familiar with SOLID rule
? Strong knowledge of IO, multithreading, data structures and algorithms
? Strong knowledge of JVM, Tomcat and Linux (Desirable).
? Experience in building high-load, secure web applications.
? Proficiency of the HTTP/REST/JSON-RPC protocols, microservice architecture.
? Knowledge of Git (We use FeatureBranches/Gitflow).
? Basic Unix command line skills are a must.
? Experience with the following technologies (Desirable):Spring boot,Spring mvc,MyBatis, Spring Framework, MySQL.
? Understood distributed system theory of design
? Passion for Software Development.
? Highly Analytical.
? Tolerance with code written by others.
? Be sensitive to data utilization and security
? Owner, responsible, and highly committed to the projects.
? Team player/open minded/lively character/strong team spirit/
? Fluent in English
