We are looking for a recruitment expert with excellent comprehensive management skills and solid tracking record in establishing management mechanism.

Recruitment Delivery
？ Identifying and developing internal client/business relationships in a fast changing environment. Assessing and responding to the talent recruitment needs of each particular internal client（BG/BU） or assignment.
？ Leading the team to source and attract suitable candidates. Briefing the candidates on the opportunities accordingly.
？ Keeping optimizing and upgrading the candidate database, to increase delivery productivity by making the database get smarter.
？ Managing the recruitment process efficiently together with other key members in the whole process.

Team Management
？ Strategically planning of organization development, including but not limited to mechanism design, standard workflow design, delivery standardization, etc.
？ Recruiting, training and developing team members. Empowering and engaging each member to make sure he or she is well equipped by recruitment professionalism and enthusiasm of approaching talents on behalf of Alibaba to keep enhancing construction of employer brand.

You are either someone from an executive search firm if:

？ Have a strong personal or team billing track record
