1、负责速卖通俄文站非标行业商家运营,能够结合消费者需求,为俄文站非标行业挖掘更多特色的商家和商品,提出KA商家一年以上的发展规划,制定全年运营策略,对货品和商家进行有效的管理和运营,完成平台全年目标计划。
2? 负责速卖通俄文站重点及特色商家运营工作,有效扶持头部标杆商家,深入到经营链路做重点突破,并通过持续优化商家结构,建立商家成长体系,高效推动商家运营能力提升;
3、全面整合线上线下营销推广资源,制定长期营销推广策略,并有效地借助营销活动助力指标增长,提升商家与消费者对于平台的粘性,同时沉淀行业特色。
4、通过数据分析和挖掘用户需求,关注市场、竞品的变化,分析数据并根据分析结果制定实施解决方案。同时推动平台产品优化升级;
5、结合行业及平台现状,寻找行业新的机会点和突破点。

1、本科及以上学历。
2、具备5年以上互联网平台经验;有非标行业(服饰类、美容健康类、母婴玩具类等)供应链经验或者品牌方电商运营经验者优先;有国际物流经验者优先。
3、熟悉电商流程及商家运作方式,善于通过数据分析发现问题并提供有针对性的店铺经营指导;
4、沟通能力强,乐于且善于跟商家沟通交流,乐于分享;
5、跨部门协同和资源整合能力强,善于在有限的资源条件下通过创新手段拿到业务结果;
6、较强的数据分析能力,通过用户、市场等数据为依据推动产品优化升级;
1. Bachelor degree or above.
