？ Advise generally on general corporate legal matters, including corporate governance issues, including supporting environmental, social and governance reporting;
？ Assist in corporate commercial matters;
？ Assist in any ad hoc projects.

？ Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5 - 8 (+) years of PQE in corporate law with a leading law firm and/or major Hong Kong listed company;
？ Highly motivated self-starter, good team player;
？ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong drafting skills, highly organized and keen attention to detail;
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin
