Job Description：

- Core Responsibilities

· Overall responsibility of BE QMM organization of BE

· Establish the quality strategy and set quality target for BE incl. plants

· Personnel planning and development activities for QMM in BE incl. BE plants

· Responsible for development of the BE Management System

· Responsible for BE quality reporting and drive improvement action.

- Team Build Up

· Recruit the right person for the right position

· Target deployment and define in the team

· Monitor the team performance, feedback and support for improvement

· Motivate team to be success, result orientation

- Business Plan

· Make the business plan on BE quality (e.g. EDC), department budget, investment and headcount, with the input of forecast

· Human resource plan based on the BE organization development requirement

· Monitor the deviation from the business plan, to take the prompt and suitable countermeasures

- Operational Function

· Responsible for Quality requirements in the PIF & PDP process for new projects

· Responsible for customer complaints handling

· Initiate activities for warranty improvement and external defect cost reduction

· Strengthening of quality support for marketing survey to keep improving customer satisfaction

· Responsibility for organizing monthly BE quality coordination meeting

- Management System and Methods

· Harmonization and implementation of Management System in BE incl. BE plants

· Implementation of quality methods in PDP/PIF process, e.g. QG, FMEA

· Implementation of quality methods along the entire value chain, e.g. PSS/8D

- Training

· Define and setup the proper training system with cross function supporting

· Monitor the training effectiveness for CIP

· Manage and develop the direct report managers

Qulifications：

- Education & Certification: Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering related majors (nice to have marketing knowledge)

- Language / Ethnicity: Very good English, both speaking & writing; Chinese nationality preferred

- Desired Experience /Business skills & abilities: More than 10 years professional working experience in relevant industrial manufacturing & quality management

- Solid experience in manufacturing operation management and product development with minimum 5 years in senior production quality managerial positions with big multinationals mass production

- Has a good understanding about the overall product development and manufacturing operation management and sense of business management as well

- Strong problem analyzing and solving skills

- Can interact effectively at all levels in the organization and culturally diverse people, able to drive, manage and influence people and the problem solving process

- Is a proven strong team leader

- Proactive, down to earth, open-minded
