Job Responsibilities/工作职责:

• Assist the Country manager in the daily office administrative tasks (invoices/ bookkeeping assistance / parcel sending)
• 协助中国总监完成日常办公室行政工作(发票/记账/包裹寄送等)
• Organize operation of export orders. (supplier documents /customs declaration / forwarder booking)
• 组织出口订单的运作。(供应商文件/报关/货代订舱)
  

• Be in charge of the office (inventory, samples storage, office supplies)
• 管理办公室库存和办公用品，负责样品收纳和记录等
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• 必要时进行前台接待
  

Job requirements/职位要求:

• Good understanding in English (mainly written English)
• 良好的英语理解能力(主要是书面英语)
• Basic Computer Knowledge of OFFICE software (Word/Excel)
• 计算机基础知识，能熟练使用办公软件(Word/Excel)
• Familiar with China customs and tax procedures. ( willing to learn )
• 熟悉中国海关和税务程序( 愿意学习）
• Independent, organized， self-motivation, adaptability
• 独立、组织能力，自我激励、适应性
• Strong work ethics/强烈的职业道德
  

Education / 教育要求:

• High school diploma or above /高中或以上学历.
• Experience in Import-export procedures will be a plus
• 有进出口工作经验者优先
• Experience in administrative / or international trading is a plus
• 有行政管理或国际贸易经验者优先
