职位描述：

1、全盘规划纺织品（如：家纺、服装等）的外销业务工作，制定并有效完成整体业务指标，提高公司业绩；
2、负责建设和带领团队按时、按质完成所制定的工作目标和任务；
3、根据本部门整体的市场策略，制定和采用合理有效的业务开发渠道，全面开发新客户；
4、负责具体的业务谈判工作，包括价格、付款周期、交货方式、质量要求等，并及时回收货款；
5、重要客户所需产品的价格、样品、质量、交期等要求，须亲自过问把关；
6、维系较为重要和重要的客户关系；
7、及时了解市场和行情的变化，管控和规避业务风险；
8、团队的培训和管理。

任职条件：

1、能独立开发国外新市场、有成熟的销售渠道，完成公司下达自己和部门的业绩指标；

2、有3年以上团队管理经验，能够带动团队积极努力的工作；

3、英语CET-6以上，听、说、读、写流利，能够与客户有效沟通；

4、能熟练运用各类办公软件；

5、有较强的外贸业务市场开拓能力和销售能力，善于与国外客户直接电话或当面沟通，并能不断开拓新市场、新客户；

6、具有一定的市场敏锐度，负责外贸市场规划；

7、较强的学习能力，责任心，执行力及主动性，热爱自己的工作，勇于接受挑战。
