RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Customer service

- Ensure the highest level of service to customers through proper management of staff, housekeeping of the store, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of retail store

- To guide sales associates to provide best customer service through critics and training

- To excel in area of responsibility to better support the Store Manager

- To understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing good product knowledge, overcoming objections and offering appropriate additional items.

- To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets

          

Shop operations

- Assist the team in making the shop ready for opening/closing following the company standards

- Assist in the shop’s periodical operational activities such as Inventories and seasonal switches

- Assist in maintaining the company standards in the shop, visual merchandise and hygiene

 

Knowledge

- Obtain a high level of knowledge of the brand and the products we work with

- Develop a perfect sense for style and learn how to work with this in your advice

   

Brand ambassador

- We consider all our employees as pillars of the company. Be a role model for our brand during and also outside working hours

  

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills

- Understanding of Customer Relation Management

- Service minded

- Affection for menswear/fashion

- Languages: Fluent in Mandarin, English is a plus

- Previous experience in retail is a plus

- Independent with a team player mentality

- Able to work at least one day during the weekend

- 培养对款式风格的良好感知度，并在日常工作中运用自如
