Education:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Electronics Electrical or Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering required;

2.Expertise in ISO9001 Quality Systems;

3.Certified ISO Lead Auditor;

4.6-Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certification, preferred;

Skills:

1.Proficiency in Quality Tools including Cause-Effect Diagram, Check Sheet, Control Charts, Histograms, Pareto Charts, Stratification, Scatter Diagrams, DOE, SPC, CP/CPK, AQL;

2.Operate measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, CMM;

3.Understanding of the First Article process. Prefer PPAP experience;

4.Ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;

5.Ability to effectively communicate and present information to team members, management, and suppliers;

6.Experience with ERP preferably Oracle EBS;

7.Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills;

8.Detailed oriented;

9.Ability to communicate and mobilize multi-functional teams in achieving common objectives;

10.Ability to effectively communicate with Suppliers to define specific product opportunities and associated key product requirements;

11.Ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions between Operations and/or Engineering and Suppliers regarding product quality;

12.Ability to write and read English;

13.Effective oral English;

14.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form;

15.Ability to work in a highly confidential work environment;

16.Ability to write reports and business correspondence;

17.Experience working in a matrix environment;

18.Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PPT, and Word.
