工作内容：

1、对接发车站点预到达货物的相关配送要求，整理成档交调度安排；

2、跟进现场作业情况，如有异常情况及时与发车站点反馈沟通；

3、将配送车辆信息及时录入系统，并实时跟进货物配送情况；

4、对接收货客户的相关客服问题，妥当处置并及时报备；

5、日常单据整理以及相应数据录入。

岗位要求：

1、物流专线客服工作经验一年以上（有分流专线经验尤佳）；

2、电脑操作熟练，熟练使用office办公软件，会使用蓝桥系统；

3、性格温和，思维敏捷。

待遇：月薪：4000～5000，试用期一个月。

工作地点：广州市白云区石井镇天智物流园B6栋
