职位描述
· According to the demand of each department and the plan of company's human resource, making the recruitment plan;根据公司人力资源规划和各部门的人力资源需求计划,制订员工招聘计划;
· Through recruitment analysis, make recruitment solutions, organize and implement various recruitment activities;通过招聘分析,制定招聘解决方案,组织实施各类招聘活动;
· Implement all steps of recruitment process including selection, testing, interview, selection, etc;准确执行招聘流程的各步骤包括甄选、测试、面试、选择录用等;
· Develop and improve various recruitment channels;组织开拓和完善各种招聘渠道;
· Carry out recruitment programs, such as campus recruitment, special job fair, etc;协助/主导组织开展招聘项目,如校园招聘、专场招聘会等;
· Track and collect industry and talent market dynamics, competitive enterprises or industry dynamics, attract excellent high-end talents to join the company;跟踪收集行业及人才市场动态,竞争企业或行业动态情况,吸引优秀高端人才加盟公司;
· Update Job Definitions List as requested from different departments in the location;按照不同部门的要求,及时更新职位描述文件;
· Assist in any special assignments/projects as required;根据要求,协助完成其他特定的任务;
· Undertake any other duties assigned by Human Resources Manager.执行人事经理分配的其他任务。

· Skillful in computer usage, words, excel, PowerPoint;熟练运用words, excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件;
· Good command of English;良好的英语水平;
· In-depth understanding of labor and social security laws and regulations etc.;深入理解劳动及社会保障法规;
· Ability to design and clearly describe processes;能设计并清晰描述相关工作模块及流程;
· Minimum three years of experience in the field of Human Resources.至少三年以上人力资源相关工作经验。
