此职位工作地点在： 无锡

1. 根据董事会要求，负责学校筹建工作。

2. 根据幼儿园经营策略和办学理念，负责幼儿园的规划和运营。

3. 全面负责幼儿园管理，包括招生管理、行政后勤管理、安全管理、卫生管理等，达到董事会设定各项要求；

4. 与课程总监、园所外方园长一起配合完成教学管理。

5. 负责园内教职工的团队管理与培训、工作协调与安排；

6. 负责与学生家长、上级教育主管部门、社区和其他单位的沟通协调;

7. 完成上级安排的临时事务

1. Responsible for the preparation of Pre-school according to the Board of Directors.

2. Responsible for the overall management of Pre-school, including admissions, logistics, safety, hygiene and etc.; to meet the requirements set by the Board.

3. Cooperate with the Pedagogist Directorand Pre-school foreign principal to complete teaching management.

4. Responsible for the team management and training of all Pre-school staff

5. Responsible for communication and coordination with parents, superior authorities, communities, and other units.

6. Complete the temporary affairs arranged by the superior.

岗位要求：

1. 具有5年以上国内大型幼儿园、国际幼儿园综合管理经验，大专以上学历，学前教育专业。英语流利者优先考虑。

2. 熟悉IB或者瑞吉欧课程的候选人优先考虑。

3. 诚实敬业、责任性强，具有良好的开拓性精神和团队协作精神，具备良好的组织、协调、管理能力。

4. 具有幼儿园园长上岗证。

5. 有较强的责任感和平和的心态，能承受较大工作压力。

1. More than 5 years comprehensive management experience in large domestic Pre-school and international Pre-school, major in Preschool education. Associate above degree, fluent in English is preferred d.

2. 2. Candidates familiar with IB or Reggio curriculum are preferred.

3. Honesty, dedication, strong responsibility, good pioneering spirit and teamwork spirit, and good organizational, coordination and management capabilities.

4. With pre-school principal license.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, adaptable to big work pressure.
