岗位职责：

1、整合内外部培训机构与资源，组织编制公司年度培训计划和培训大纲，负责培训课程的开发

2、结合实际情况，负责拟订和整理培训相关的各项制度流程，确保日常培训工作合理有效的开展

3、跟踪培训效果，主持和协助培训考核，统计考核结果，提供持续改善方案

4、跨部门协作整合公司所有培训开展与实施，员工培训档案的E化管理与维护

5、负责岗位体系建设，完善及评估管理，岗位胜任力模型的开发与完善

6、建立并不断完善绩效管理体系，并加以推行和实施

7、根据培训计划与绩效考核体系设计员工发展路线图，完成宣导与推行

 

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，热爱培训工作，熟悉人力资源、企业运营、工商管理等专业知识；

2、良好的沟通协调能力，较强的亲和力，感染力；

3、有一定的课程开发能力、演讲能力；

4、大方大气，有较强的知识融会贯通的能力。
