职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责公司人力资源战略规划。
2.负责公司招聘统筹、管理工作，实现人员的优质配置，满足公司人才需求。
3.负责公司薪酬福利管理，建立及完善激励机制。
4.负责公司绩效管理，实施动态的绩效考核，不断完善绩效管理体系。
5.负责公司员工关系管理工作。
6.制订及严格执行各项行政管理制度，提高公司行政管理水平。
7.负责公司各项后勤服务工作。
任职资格
1、 本科以上学历
2、 人力资源管理、行政管理、工商管理、企业管理等管理类专业。
3、 5年以上人力资源工作经验，至少3年管理经验。
4、 精通人力资源管理与行政管理知识，熟悉人力资源与行政管理相关法律法规，了解战略管理、企业管理、市场营销、生产运营、产等知识。
