1、高中或以上学历，10年以上烘焙食品行业技术或生产管理工作经验；
2、熟悉烘焙理论及相关产品制作工艺；
3、熟悉面粉应用，以及烘焙油脂、添加剂的使用和影响；
4、有良好的产品制作讲解能力，良好的沟通能力；
工作职责：
1、提供区域客户的技术示范服务，进行技术交流和产品演示；
2、推广与宣传公司产品；
3、协助客户进行技术指导与培训；
4、解决客户在使用产品过程中发生的技术问题；
5、客户信息等资料的收集。
