Responsibilities

  

• Responsible for coordination and interface to the product owner for the product portfolio development and implementation
• Enhance product competitiveness, collect and feedback the product demand from market especially from LG, to product owner for possible improvement
• Support Sales and Proposal team to push the product implementation to market ,especially to LG in APAC region. Sharing market prospect of standard product info to LG and LE BD Sales
• Driving standardized product development and application. Lead feasibility study & competitiveness analysis for new product and online development
• Motivate and drive initiatives to enhance competitiveness and roll-out
• Motivate localization related activities and coordinate with related LE entities and APAC EN,PC, Sales functions
• Lead work split improvement between LEHQ & LECN and other Entity e.g. LEI
• Manage MRQ system and quality lessons learning coordination
• Coordinate for LG critical vendor list & LGSR
• Implement the temporary tasks assigned by line manager.

  

 

  

Qualification

  

• University degree in engineering discipline
• Minimum work experience of 8 years in engineering area, familiar with LE products and system engineering is a plus
• Working experience in leading initiative roll-out projects, or sales / execution project management or product development activities.
• Professional knowledge on Cryogenics or HyCo engineering and process, good understanding on industrial gases application, chemical/metallurgy application.
• Good Skills of presentation, communication and coordination
• Sensitivity of market and business demand
• Understanding of standardized & modularized product concept, product management generic knowledges as a plus
• Self-confident and self-motivated, willingness to learn /improve,  open mind to innovation and creative thinking.
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing is a must
