岗位职责：

1. 全面负责公司品牌宣传及市场营销推广计划；

2.公司官网、公众号、bilibili、微博、天猫京东电商站内、小红书等渠道高质量运维与提升公司品牌形象，做好粉丝的积累及维护。定期策划粉丝活动，增加粉丝粘性及活跃度。

3. 收集分析竞争对手及行业动态，寻找我们自身的突破点，协助内贸、外贸、电商等销售部门的业务拓展，为各渠道销售提供积极有效的资源。    

4. 根据销售计划，拟定品牌的宣传策略，策划并制定符合市场的品牌个性化营销方案，制定年度，季度的市场计划，包括产品推广策略，品牌建设策略，具体行动方案和预算，并负责在公司范围内贯彻市场计划   

5. 负责制定新产品上市计划，包括确认产品定位，开发产品利益点，并通过有效使用市场传播工具传递产品上市信息和产品利益点

6.部门团队管理与协调工作（美工组、摄影摄像组）并对市场部成员和相关部门的员工进行市场培训和指导。负责评估和激励团队成员的工作。

7.领导指派的其他任务

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、中文等相关专业优先；

2. 具有市场敏锐度，对互联网、电子商务熟悉，新媒体运营有一定工作经验，熟悉bilibili、微博、天猫京东电商站内、小红书等推广渠道。

3. 三年以上市场经理/总监、品牌经理等相关工作经验，有较好的文字功底，能完成简单的新闻稿件撰写；

4. 具有销售目标导向及较强的沟通组织能力。能主导公司品牌宣传、市场营销策划工作。

5. 具有独立的市场活动提案策划能力，并能够较好的组织落地执行，敏锐的市场洞察分析能力以及创新思维

6、爱岗敬业，做事有内驱力，诚信正直，思维活跃，具有一定的抗压能力；
