Job Description

1. 所有物资或服务类项目的需求沟通、确认

2. 询价、比价、议价工作，寻找品质优质，价格更优且有竞争力的供应商

3. 负责公司采购的持续降成本工作

4. 合同的拟定、签署、执行和定期的维护管理

5. 供应商信息的采集、审核、入库申请以及信息更新维护

6.供应商管理的维护、管理以及考核

7. 采购需求下单、订单发送、订单管理

8.采购进度的跟踪、异常问题的处理

9. 收货信息收集以及系统操作

10. 与供应商进行对账、发票开具以及付款事宜的跟进

11. 采购数据月度、季度、年度报表制作和分析。

12. 采购权限、发票审批权限的申请

13.负责执行上级安排的临时性工作

Qualifications

1. 全日制大学本科及以上学历，采购，物流，管理等相关专业

2.熟练SAP优先考虑，熟悉使用Word, Excel 等办公软件，电脑操作熟练

3.英语四级及以上，流利的英文听说读写能力

4. 工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神

5. 具有较强的合规意识和学习能力

6. 具有较强的沟通能力、谈判技巧以及理解能力
