JOB TITLE                               Operation Coordinator – Logistics

REPORTING TO            Senior Operation Manager - Logistics

LOCATION                Shanghai, China

MAIN PURPOSE

?    Assisting senior operation manager to daily operation work and regular reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-    Cooperate with RCCL logistic to monitor shipment deliveries.

-    Regular communication with RCCL logistic and feedback from brand side

-    Work with Richemont PTC to handle the fabric pretest and communicate test result to central production

-    As key user of SAP MDM to maintain and validate the product information in SAP and to secure labeling information is compliant

-    Inventory and boutique monthly stock take management

-    Other task assigned by team leader 

DIMENSION: 

？    Internal contacts:  Chloe Local & HQ departments (production,compliance,MDM)& RCCL support functions

？    External contacts: vendors & logistics supplier-Kerry, DHL, Fedex

JOB PROFILE ( FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)

-    At least 2-3 year logistic experience in fashion industry.

-    Logistic or Fashion compliance background is preferred.

-    SAP project skill is a plus

-    Proficient in English both in oral and writing.

-    Proficient in MS Office.

-    Independent working, organizing, communication and coordination.
