任职要求: 

2 years + experience in managing a team of customer service, better in fashion industrySales & customer service-oriented mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in English and Mandarincall center or QA experience preferableOutstanding personal style and fashion knowledge preferableAbility of multi-tasking and team playerWillingness to work in flexible shiftsTeam player.Robust and confident.

 

岗位职责: 

1. Build up & in charge of the customer service team.

2. Take care of the whole CS sales contribution and make changes accordingly.

3. Align with Gucci, in charge of customer service agent Qualifications & Trainings, CS training.

4. Set up KPI and send over daily/weekly/monthly/yearly Consumer Analysis Report. 

5. Working time management of the whole team;

6. Keep a close eye on abnormal orders and deal with it promptly. 

7. Work together with Gucci on different scenarios and provide standard “solutions” to facilitate complaints cases.

8. Manage and set up CS staff working schedule such as Sick leave, holidays, absence.
