2、完善培训体系及培训制度，协助及指导区域督导组织实施；

3、搭建课程体系，根据市场需求，开发及更新内部课程；

4、对培训效果进行追踪调研和评估；

5、定期巡店，在实践中对区域和经销商进行指导与带教。

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，市场营销相关专业，35岁以下；

2. 2年以上相关培训经验，耐用品/家用电器/高端消费品行业优先，精通PPT

3. 勤奋、务实，以结果为导向，自我驱动力强

4. 接受全国出差
