Essential Duties

· Oversee and contribute all assessors’ professional development, capacity building and quality improvement through onboarding and ongoing trainings via face to face, online webinar or Academy,

· Track and follow up with the completion of all mandatory training courses within assessment team, · Develop and maintain all training materials, recordings and test questions in Academy,

· Maintain assessors/contractor Competency Matrix and profile,

· Liaising with APSCA for project implementation, including registration process, audit log review & submission, association/disassociation and certification preparation trainings,

· Collaborate with operation and CS teams to support clients onboarding training and ongoing refresher /calibration / update trainings in both face to face, webinar and/or Academy,

· Assist immediate manager to proceed trainings and setup guidance document as needed,

· Support /backup team member to complete above routine jobs listed as needed,

· Attend internal and external meetings, seminars and trainings as assigned,

· Support urgent assignments and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

· At least 4 - year college degree,

· At least 5 years working experiences in social compliance auditing industry, or 3 years auditing experiences in auditing company

· Working knowledge of labor and working conditions including EHS within the industry, knowledge of management systems a plus. such as, SA8000, ISO14000 or ISO45001 or certifications such as IETP, FLA, RBA or BSCI etc.

• Work independently and self-motivated
• Good time management

· Good teamwork and inclusive

· High level of integrity and honesty,

• Excellent English in both written and oral,Good command of office software, especially PowerPoint.
