工作职责：

1. Warranty and Service order management; 索赔及维修订单管理。

2. Machine parts order processing, billing and AR tracking; 配件订单处理，记录及应收账款跟踪。

3.Support to field service team for tool, report, uniform management; 对现场维修团队的工具，报告和制服进行支持和管理。

4.Response Manfully Sales & Service Report by Excel, collect PM contract, repair report and so on; 对销售&售后报告做出反馈，收集PM合同，维修报告等。

5.Other jobs assigned by supervisor; 完成上级安排的其他任务。

任职要求：

1.Colleague or above; 专科及以上学历

2. Be proficient in MS word, excel, powerpoint etc. good typing speed; 熟练使用办公软件包括WORD， EXCEL， PPT等，打字速度快

3.Pleasant and professional phone manner; 良好及专业的电话沟通方式

4. Experienced with ERP system application. SAP experience will be a plus; 有ERP系统经验或SAP经验

5. Customer first attitude and problem solving skill, attention to detail; 具备客户***的态度，解决问题的能力，细致，有耐性

6. Workload management, multi-tasks management; 合理安排工作，自我解决问题的能力

7.Mechanical or machinery knowledge / experience will be a big advantage; 有机械知识或者经验者优先

8.Good command of English; 良好的英语能力
