职位描述：

1、 负责公司产品、达人的微博/小红书/抖音视频素材前期拍摄、后期剪辑工作；

2、 熟练掌握PR、Final Cut、AE、AU等软件，独立处理剪辑及相关栏目包装；

3、对整体画面及成片提出修改及优化建议。

职位要求：

1、专科及以上学历，1年及以上拍摄、剪辑行业工作经验，能熟悉各类器材以及制作软件操作等； 

2、 扎实的摄像基础及丰富的拍摄经验，具备良好的审美能力，熟悉摄影、灯光、角度、布景的试调与选择；

3、 有一定的艺术/时尚审美能力，有能力把控各种视频类型、风格的后期制作、包括短视频主题、镜头衔接、节奏感、音乐、情绪等，理解镜头语言，可根据创意脚本或文案进行二次创作，每周完成部门的剪辑任务；

4、 熟悉抖音、小红书、微博等短视频套路，有制作时尚短片，tvc，爆款视频的相关经验；

5、 热爱vlog拍摄，有时尚/杂志行业经验者优先考虑。
