Responsibilities 职责:

  • Make sure company’s needs for talents of different levels can be met;
  • 公司各个层级的人才需求得到及时满足;
  • Make sure the recruitment channels are effective;

  • Develop recruitment report and ensure accuracy.

制作数据精确的招聘报告。

Tasks 任务:

  • Take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for shortened lead time, improved job-person match and reduced recruitment cost per hire;
  • 特定岗位的招聘工作,确保能够在较短的时间内以较低的招聘成本招聘到匹配的人才;
  • Build effective relationship with hiring managers by proactive communication and strong customer service;
    同用人部门经理建立有效和主动的沟通,确保能够提供高效的服务;
  • Design nation-wide recruitment data collection template, record recruitment data, ensure data input accuracy, conduct data analysis, prepare reports for management team;

设计招聘数据分析模板,记录招聘数据,确保数据准确性,进行数据分析,制作报告供管理层参考;

  • Analyze the recruitment information of labor market or competitive companies
  • 劳动力市场或竞争公司招聘情况信息;
  • Enhance the internal referral program in order to increase recruitment efficiency and reduce recruitment cost;

有效利用和提升内部推荐制度,以提升招聘效率、降低招聘成本;

  • Organize the yearly campus recruitment campaign;
    组织年度校园招聘后动;
  • Organize the internship program to ensure stable supply of interns to different departments;
  • 实习生项目,确保各部门实习生稳定的供应;
  • Support marketing department to explore and manage effective social media recruitment channels;
  • 市场部开发和管理有效的社交媒体招聘渠道;
  • Conduct annual headhunter firm review and select vendors for the next year;
    进行年度猎头公司回顾,确定次年供应商;
  • Job portal management, such as 51job and some professional recruitment websites;

招聘网站管理,如前程无忧和其他专业性网站;

  • Provide strong support in budgeting and forecasting cycle;
    协助开展预算和预估工作;
  • Familiar with the requirements of laws and regulations in the recruitment process
  • 招聘过程中的法律法规要求;
  • For the market assessment tools and interview skills theory has its own understanding, and can be used in daily work
  • 市场上的测评工具和面试技巧理论有自己的理解,并能运用到日常工作中;
  • Understand the theory of job evaluation and know the process of Job Analysis;
  • 岗位评估理论,知道岗位分析流程;
  • Can accept travel or field work
  • 接受少量出差或者外勤;
  • Experience in copywriting or interest in writing is preferred
  • 写文案的经验或者有写作兴趣爱好,优先考虑。

Qualifications

任职资格:

  • At least 5 years' professional experience in the HR recruiting function;

至少5HR工作招聘相关经验;

  • Bachelor and above degree;

本科及以上学历;

  • Skillful in words, excel, PowerPoint;

熟练运用words, excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件;

  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English

具备良好的中英文沟通能力;
