Title: Senior Planner

Location: Guangzhou

Reports to: Plant manager/Material Manager

Position Summary:

The senior planner will be responsible for production planning, materials planning and material procurement. Lead team to drive continuous improvement for overall supply chain process to meet business requirements. Ensuring customers requirements are fulfilled timely, improve production efficiency through balance inventory and non-shut down production lines. The planner will be a results oriented professional to coordinate with related functions to achieve company target.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

· Responsible for production planning, scheduling and follow up production schedule fulfillment. Achieve balance between inventory and service, cost, and inventory.

· Responsible for material planning, to ensure correct materials demand information in system.

Monitor inventory level at target level.

· Responsible for MRP planning, scheduling. Maintain related ERP module, monitor, and report any exceptional when MRP running.

· Monitor purchase order processing status and related activities, such as RTV, payment and goods receiving discrepancies and so on.

· Support SIOP report weekly, include weekly plan, FG inventory, last week actual produced, actual shipped etc.

· Lead &drive continuous improvement for supply chain process to meet business requirements.

Other Job Requirements:

· Customer On-Time Delivery statistic and reporting.

Educational Qualifications:

• College diploma or above in logistics.

Experience Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in production planning or purchasing in a multinational company.
• Working experience and related knowledges of in Biotech or pharmaceutical industry is needed.
• Familiar with ERP or MRP system. Knowledge of SAP, Oracle and Kingdee system is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English both in written and oral
• Familiar with office software, include outlook, excel, word, powerpoint.
• Able to deal with complicated work under pressure.
