1. Manage new project and operation activity to comply with country, local legislation and regulation -- 50%

a. 管理新项目以符合EHS规定，政府的法律法规等，和技术经理完成政府方面关于EHS方面的事务。

Manage new project in compliance of EHS regulation, local legislation and regulation, help technical manager for EHS affairs of local government

b. 负责工厂方面安全，环保，职位卫生, 消防方面的管理工作，确保满足ISO14001，OHSAS18001的相关要求

Responsible for site safety, environment, OH, firefighting etc work, and make sure to follow ISO14001, OHSAS18001 requirement.

c. 协调完成政府机关要求的相关证书要求，检查和其他相关要求等

Coordinate with EHS authorities for regulatory permits, inspections and other requirements.

d. 和项目团队合作确认项目施工期间无安全事故, 监督现场供应商施工期间的安全行为并反馈。

Work with project team to make sure 0 accident during project construction, inspect contractor unsafety work and correct.

2. Develop EHS management system for Rudolf Nantong -- 30%

a. 建立南通工厂的安全管理系统，健全南通工厂的安全管理程序，如LOTO，SWP, JSA, 危废处理等 

Develop Nantong EHS management system and procedure, LOTO, SWP, JSA etc

b. 建立EHS的培训计划，并按规定培训员工和供应商

Develop the EHS training plan and deliver the EHS training to employee and contractors

c. 负责工厂的MSDS管理，识别相关风险，并制定和管理PPE matrix

Manage MSDS, identify chemical and operational risk. Develop and maintain PPE matrix for operation

d. 负责工厂的日常巡检，发现不安全因素，并及时整改。负责SWP，MOC等的审核和签署

Daily work inspection to find the unsafe factor, implement to corrective actions. And responsible for SWP or MOC etc review and confirm.

e. 参加EHS方面对第三方的审核

Participate in EHS audit of third party.

f. 负责制定消防和危化品专项预案演习计划及方案，并组织演练活动。

Prepare firefighting and dangerous chemical emergency drill plan, and regularly arrange the drill.

3. 负责事故调查，并制定合适的改正方法。-- 5% 

Leading incident investigation and define the corrective action for following up.

4. 持续发现EHS，消防方面改善的机会，并持续改进。-- 10%

Continue to find opportunity and improve EHS, firefighting etc management.

5. 其他领导安排的任务。-- 5%

任职要求：

Education学历、教育背景要求:

本科学历，安全工程，环境科学，化工及其他相关学科

Bachelor and major in safety management, environmental science, chemical engineer or related filed.

Experience工作经验要求:

3-5年危化品企业工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先

At least 3-5 years in working experience in chemical plant，prefer working in multinational company

新建项目经验者优先

Prefer having experience of new project

注册安全工程师证者优先

Prefer who owe certification of safety engineer

Knowledge专业知识要求:

EHS实践经验丰富

Has solid hands on EHS experience

具有EHS法律法规，专业标准知识

Strong knowledge of relevant Chinese EHS legislations, regulations and standards

Skills技能、技术要求:

好的问题解能力

Good problem-solving skills

良好的Excel，word，PPT编辑能力

Good computer skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Language语言能力要求:

英文可以简单交流，写作能力良好

Simply speaking to communicate, but good at writing.
