• The Area Sales Manager is responsible to developing and supporting the distribution sales in the appointed cities, fulfilling the revenue\gross margin target, increase the coverage of distribution channel

• 区域销售经理负责开发和支持指定城市的分销销售，完成收入/毛利率目标，提高分销渠道的覆盖率。

    

 

  

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  

• Developing and implementing the go to market actions based on the are business strategy

• Looking for the new growth points and keep faster growth than the market

• Fulfill the planned revenue target quarterly and yearly

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key customers.

• Sales planning and execution, Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.

• Improve the sales productivities and distributors productivities.

Basic requirements (education, experience)

  

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Proven successful growth experience in distribution business

• Worked in matrix organization with collaborative and open communication
