Responsibilities:

• Provide affiliates, business partners and direct customers with technical support
• Perform laboratory analysis and report counter-measures or recommendations
• Manage and supervise multi-cultural teams during special projects, eg. new installations, troubleshooting
• Support marketing functions eg. prepare sales tools (samples, manuals, control plans)
• Conduct and report line audits
• Support R&D activities, eg. gather data at field trials and beta-site testing

Qualifications:

• Post-graduate or bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related field
• 2-5 years of job experience (electroplating industry) preferred
• Good communication skills, in English and Mandarin
• Methodical and systematic in problem solving
• Excellent report-writing skills
• competent in wet analysis
• Must be able to develop and write operating and control procedures
• Able to work in a team environment or independently, with minimal supervision
