·         This position is responsible for all assigned Chemical customer engagement, focus on critical account management & develop new business opportunities in China local MiE chemical projects.

·         He/She will dedicate to deliver company valued product & service solution to target customers, closely work with Business Unit/Business Development team (BU/BD) to carry out Corporate’s strategy in the MiE chemical market.

·         Lead a team of 3, develop individual sales

·         Drive revenue growth & market share maintain/penetration in target chemical customer.

·         Understand customer’s business and technology road map. Develop and execute account strategy plan to promote Entegris value-added solution to customer, achieve sales target.

·         Closely work BU & BD team for new business development, new product & solution development.

·         Closely work with supporting team for new project bidding/Contract preparation/after-sales service

·         Manage & drive sales channel partner (SCP) to execute corporate strategy & achieve sales target.

·         Participate in regional sales and marketing meetings for regular business update.

·           Strong knowledge of MiE Chemical manufacturing process, familiar with MiE quality criteria for chemical.

·           Proven success sales record to major MiE customers. Good project management skill, sensitive to market/technology trend shifts.

·           Good cross-functional communication skill with team work spirit.

·           Good presentation skill in English & Chinese. Proficient in both written & spoken English.

·           Experience in SCP/Distributor management is a plus.

·           A BS or above degree in a chemistry or chemical engineering with 7-10 years of experience in the MiE chemical industry is preferred, or a relevant combination of experience and education.

·           3~5yrs team leader experience

·           Technical experience in major high purity chemical vendors, or SQE/FAC engineer experience in MiE manufacture is a plus.

·           Significant travel (could up to 50%) is required for domestic sales activity
