职责描述：

1) Lead by example in full compliance with HSE policy, rules and requirements and hold accountability to promote safety culture of site, and to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and requirement.

以身作则，严格遵守HSE政策、规则和要求，并承担责任以提升工作现场的安全文化，以及确保HSE相关法律法规要求的符合性。

2) Continuously identifies, assesses, and reduces/eliminates HSE risk, and suggest improvement opportunities, follow up the corrective action plan.

持续识别、评估、减少或消除HSE方面的相关风险，并建议改善机会，跟踪不符合的改善行动计划。

3) Responsible and follow up the environmental protection and safety system maintenance; Arrange the qualified contractor to conduct regular environmental monitoring and keep the record.

负责及跟进环保和安全设施维护保养；安排有资质的第三方定期进行环境监测并保存记录。

4) Responsible for hazardous waste control and management.

危险废物管控及管理。

5) Responsible for occupational hazard factor archive management, arrange occupational disease physical examination regularly.

负责职业危害因素档案管理，安排定期职业健康体检。

6) Responsible for according to the policy requirements, promote, declare and audit the safety three-level standardization.

根据政策要求，开展安全三级标准化的推进、申报及审核工作。

7) Other HSEQ system related work arranged by leader, such as deliver HSE training to new employees and subcontractors, IMS document control, handle the good practice assessment project etc.

其他主管安排的HSEQ系统相关工作，如开展对新员工及承包商的HSE培训、综合管理体系文件管理、好的实践评估项目等。

任职要求：

Junior college and above, Chemical, environmental protection, safety relation.

大专及以上，化学/环境保护/安全相关专业

At least 3 years hands-on working experience in HSE management of manufacturing site.

具有至少3年在工厂HSE管理的工作经验

Experience on IMS, Good relationship with government, Certificate related with safety or environment.

IMS体系经验、良好政府关系、安全或环境相关证书

Basic Microsoft office skills
