Job Description:

• Reach annual sales targets as well as develop a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Create and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide customer training and key account support to sales
• Responsible for the development of a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Keep good communication and coordination with internal departments and quick feedback to customers
• Follow up and analyze customer quotation
• Understand and report changes and the competitive landscape in China and market trends
• Generate new business opportunities and attend local marketing events
• Regularly customer visits according to the project

                                        

    

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in electronics or related field
• Above 5 years of sales experience in electronics, electrical parts field, EMS or automotive industry will be a plus
• Skills to build and guide a Sales team
• Acting in multicultural team as "pioneer"
• Proactive and customer oriented, highly self-motivated, independent, ability to travel within the region and function well in a team
• Good communication and presentation skill,  excellent sales and negotiation skill
• Skillful in Microsoft office tools
• Good command of spoken and written English, German will be a plus
