What you will be doing:

This position will be the strategic people partner for stakeholders. This role will collaborate with managers, employees and other HRs to drive HR functional excellence as well as to support in people programs such as performance management, compensation system, employee training and development, diversity and inclusion, etc.

? Through consultation and partnership with line management, align people initiatives with business units via driving people related business initiatives, analysis of trends and metrics, identification of gaps, to achieve business objectives

? The point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit to provide guidance and advisory on employees’ relationship, compliance to labor regulations and market best practices.

? Drive informed decision making by using data to identify trends; work with business leaders to determine root cause of issues and develop organizational effective solutions.

? Performance Development process facilitation: support the organization in planning and implementation of PDP process; advise and support the leaders in the implementation of the results from review meetings and dialogues procedures

? Sets challenging priorities for self and demonstrating urgency in achieving these goals at a high standard of performance; is results-oriented and drives for closure on projects and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration

? Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources with MNC background, preferably from sourcing, buying, trading or manufacturing industry

? Demonstrated experience in full spectrum of Human Resources functions

? Proven ability to develop a good understanding of business issues and identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs

? Substantial problem-solving skills with strategic focus on process mapping, task management and execution

? Strong sense of HR ethical, detailed oriented and with “CAN DO” attitude

? Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices

? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin

? Travels between Macau, Hong Kong, Shenzhen offices when required

? Potential Candidate with less experience will be consider as Manager
