Overview：

This role will be responsible to manage, optimize, and improve MPS China online store performance and cooperation with other online distributors according to business requirements from various stakeholders. This position will also contribute to promotional campaigns, increasing the quantity and quality of traffic and leads to marketing database. Besides, you will be required to develop a detailed understanding of MPS business in the field of marketing automation tools and after events report analysis to dig out more valuable follow-ups for business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute MPS ecommerce strategy and carry out digital properties to deliver a fine user experience, drive revenue potential and brand awareness.

• Take lead on ecommerce branding and promotional campaigns.

• Optimize ecommerce process, user experience and better serve customers online.

• Work with multiple online catalog distributors to drive ecommerce growth externally, including data analysis, new customer generation, demand creation, process optimization, and relation maintenance.

• Collaborate with MPS online supporting team to follow up with customer needs and dig out more potentials.

• Create and analyze weekly and monthly report for ecommerce, make recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and impact.

• Act as a liaison between online technical supporting team and marketing team to design, ensure optimal operation performance.

• Assist to design, carry out other digital marketing campaigns by leveraging different marketing platforms internally and externally. Conduct in depth data analysis around audience segmentation, campaign optimization and demand creation. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in ecommerce, marketing or communication related majors

• >3 years of working experience, ecommerce and online sales/demand generation experience strongly preferred.

• Strong skills in number analysis and problem solving.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, ability to interact with various kinds of stakeholders in different countries and groups

• Highly self-driven, detail oriented, team player
